Teaching Philosophy.
I believe that every human being is unique in their own way and this is something important to incorporate into my own classroom. I believe in taking the responsibility for allowing students’ personalities to shine in what we do. This will be done through open discussions and activities that incorporate their learning styles and personalities. This includes making my students feel safe, welcomed and valued. I also believe in the saying that "fair is not always getting the same thing, fair is getting what you need to succeed". That being said, I believe in differentiated instruction for students and any modifications necessary. The main goal is to allow my students to grow in their education to better their lives for the future.
